A very interesting book, very practical for change leaders Nothing revolutionary, just effective practices. Some references will feel remote for non American readers.

This is a classic and a must have for behavioral scientists, designers and for lay readers alike Many parts are universal and applicable in several lines of work.

Very interesting book, entertaining and full of good advice It is using similar examples to other similar books, and adding some new touches and ideas.
