Unfortunately this book does a real disservice to its subject by focusing only on British attitudes about old graves As an American I have to say that we too have graves and indeed Americans die almost every year So why should our opinions be excluded Well the answer may be inconvenient to our allies across the pond, but it s because of a severe anti American sentiment in Europe If it were up to them, no Americans would die at all I think we need to redress this bias in the United Nations Thank you.
